About Orvix₁ POS
Orvix₁ POS brings tenant companies, branches, registers, warehouses, pricing plans, subscriptions, and billing into one easy-to-use platform. From processing sales to managing company lifecycle, Orvix₁ helps operators stay in control.
Cashiers work from a register session. Managers review orders, stock, procurements, and expenses. Platform administrators manage companies, pricing plans, subscriptions, billing, support sessions, audits, and system status from a separate console.
Features
These capabilities are part of the Orvix₁ POS application today — not a future roadmap.
A dedicated checkout screen with product search, barcode input, payments, holds, and register sessions.
Create products, categories, units, taxes, media, barcodes, and grouped items from one catalog.
Maintain stock by warehouse, transfer between locations, and record stock adjustments.
Store complete orders with line items, payments, refunds, and customer history.
Manage customers, groups, account history, coupons, and reward systems.
Use role-based permissions so cashiers, managers, accountants, and owners each have a defined scope.
Open sales, inventory, profit, payment-type, customer statement, and annual reports from the dashboard.
Create tenant companies with owners, default branches, lifecycle status, and usage visibility.
Maintain subscription plans, prices, quotas, feature flags, trials, grace periods, and renewal rules.
Issue platform invoices, record manual payments, review payment requests, and keep billing separate from company POS sales.
Apply coupons and customer rewards during checkout when those records are configured.
Configure tax groups and POS tax behavior, then print them on receipts and reports.
Print or preview sale receipts, refunds, and related documents from completed orders.
Accept operator-configured payment types such as cash and other tenders enabled for the store.
Record suppliers and procurements so incoming stock is tied to a purchase workflow.
Solutions
Orvix₁ POS is designed for businesses that sell products over a counter, keep stock, and need day-end visibility. It is not a full table-service restaurant or kitchen-display system.
Product catalogs, barcodes, discounts, and multi-payment checkout.
Inventory, scale PLU support, low-stock reports, and supplier purchasing.
Takeaway and delivery order types, quick checkout, and printed receipts.
Multiple branches, warehouses, registers, and role-based staff access.
Platform Administration
The Super Admin console separates platform work from tenant operations. Admins can manage companies, pricing, subscriptions, invoices, support access, audits, settings, and system status without mixing that data with a company’s own POS accounting.
Create companies, search and filter tenants, view usage, and activate, suspend, or archive accounts.
Control plan prices, billing cycles, trial days, grace periods, feature access, and usage limits.
Track platform invoices, recorded payments, credits, outstanding balances, and payment requests.
Start bounded support sessions with a reason, visible identity, expiry, and audit history.
Show platform, owner, manager, accountant, inventory, and cashier metrics without exposing unauthorized data.
Review tenant-aware audit logs, sensitive setting changes, lifecycle events, and system checks.
How It Works
A platform admin creates the tenant company, owner account, default branch, and starting access.
Build the catalog, set prices, and stock quantities where they are sold.
Open a register session, check out customers, take payment, and issue receipts.
Use reports, pricing plans, subscriptions, billing, support, and audits to keep each company healthy.
Why Orvix₁
Cashiers get a focused POS screen. Managers and owners work from a structured dashboard.
Barcode search, register sessions, and payment types are built for repeat counter work.
Sales, stock, purchasing, expenses, and users live in the same application.
Dashboards and reports stay scoped to the signed-in user’s tenant, branch, and role.
Super Admin tools are separate from tenant dashboards, with audited support and lifecycle controls.
Add branches, warehouses, registers, staff, companies, plans, and subscriptions without leaving the same system.

This Privacy Policy describes how Orvix₁ POS processes information when you use this installation of the software. It is provided for transparency and is not a substitute for advice from qualified legal counsel in the jurisdictions where you operate.
Orvix₁ POS is a point-of-sale and business operations application. The organization that installed and operates this copy of the software is responsible for how personal and business data is used in practice. This page describes the types of information the application is designed to store.
Depending on how the operator configures the system, Orvix₁ POS may store:
Information is used to authenticate users, process sales, keep inventory and accounting records, generate reports, send optional account emails (such as password recovery when that feature is enabled), and maintain the security of the application.
Orders, line items, payment tenders, refunds, stock movements, and related documents are stored so the business can operate and review history. Payment records describe the tender used (for example cash or another configured payment type). The application is not described here as a card-network processor; card secrets should not be stored in Orvix₁ POS.
Each user signs in with credentials issued by an administrator. Access is limited by roles and, where configured, by branch assignment. Platform administrators, if any, have a separate management area.
The application uses cookies required to keep a signed-in session, protect forms (CSRF), and, when API authentication is used, maintain an authentication token. The POS interface may also use browser storage for checkout workflow. These technologies are used to operate the product, not to advertise across other websites from this application core.
Orvix₁ POS uses authenticated sessions, password hashing, role-based authorization, and tenant isolation for company data. Operators remain responsible for server hardening, backups, TLS, and access to the hosting environment. No software can guarantee absolute security.
Records remain until an authorized user deletes them or until the operator applies a reset, archive, or retention process they control. Exact retention periods are set by the organization operating this installation.
The operator may connect email delivery (SMTP or another mail driver), printing, or other infrastructure. Those services process data under their own terms. This application core does not require a specific advertising or analytics vendor.
If applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, contact the organization that operates this Orvix₁ POS installation. Product users can also review or update profile information available in their account, subject to their permissions.
This policy may be updated as the software or its operating practices change. The date at the top of this notice will be revised when the in-product copy changes.
For privacy questions, contact the administrator of this Orvix₁ POS installation. If store contact details have been configured, they are shown in the Contact section of this page.

These Terms & Conditions govern use of this Orvix₁ POS installation. They are a practical baseline for the software as shipped and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before they are relied on as a binding customer contract.
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Orvix₁ POS, you agree to use the application in accordance with these terms and any additional rules published by the operator of this installation.
Orvix₁ POS is provided for legitimate business operations such as selling products, recording inventory, managing customers and staff, and reviewing reports. You may use only the features your account permissions allow.
You must keep your credentials confidential and notify an administrator if you believe an account has been misused. The operator may require accounts to remain active and assigned to a specific company (tenant) and branch.
You are responsible for the accuracy of products, prices, taxes, customers, and other records entered into the system. The operator and authorized staff may access data as needed to run, support, or secure the installation, including in a documented support session where that feature is used.
You may not attempt to access another company’s data, bypass authentication or register-session controls, probe the system for unauthorized access, or use the software for unlawful activity. Automated abuse and attempts to interfere with other users are prohibited.
The Orvix₁ POS name, interface, and software remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights to the business data you enter, subject to these terms and applicable law.
The software is intended for daily use, but availability depends on the operator’s hosting, backups, and maintenance. No specific uptime percentage is promised in these terms.
Email, hosting, printers, or payment methods configured by the operator are outside the Orvix₁ POS application itself. Their availability and policies are governed by those providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authors and operator of this software are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of Orvix₁ POS. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the software during the preceding three months, or a legally required minimum if that amount is zero.
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.
The operator may suspend or archive a company account, or disable a user, where billing, security, acceptable-use, or operational reasons require it. Suspended companies may be limited to a status page; archived companies cannot sign in until restored by a platform administrator.
Features may be updated, configured, or limited by the operator, including POS options, taxes, registers, and reports.
These terms may be updated as the product or operating practices change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
The governing law and venue will be those required by the operator’s organization and the place where the software is offered. A specific jurisdiction is not named here because it is not published in this repository.
Questions about these terms should be directed to the administrator of this Orvix₁ POS installation. If contact details are configured, they appear in the Contact section of this page.
